Delivery Charges

Delivery is £7.99 (excluding stoves) UK Mainland Only

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highland and islands is £24.99 (excluding stoves)

Stove delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highland and islands £44.99

Delivery Timescales

We aim to deliver orders in '3-5 working days' some larger items may take longer, we will keep you upto date of any delay in delivery. Should you require an item urgently, we may be able to either obtain it as a single order item, or have it despatched direct from the manufacturer.
Some products are 'Direct despatch from supplier' and will be subject to stock availability at the relevant supplier, will typically be delivered in 24-48 hours. This may mean your order needs more than one delivery. Products that are out of stock with the suppliers are put on 'Back order'. This is often due to high demand, or a shortage in supply. In the event that you order one of these products, but later find it available from stock elsewhere, we will be happy to cancel your order at any time up to the point of despatch.

Delivery Addresses

For security reasons, we currently deliver only to the cardholder's home address, as held on record by the card issuer. Where this is impractical, we can also deliver to any alternative address but we will need time to do further checks required by HSBC merchant services this may add a delay to delivery.

We can ship orders to any UK address.

Delivery Method

Most deliveries are sent by FEDEX, however, we may also use another courier in some circumstances.

All deliveries will require signing for upon delivery.

Delivery Status Information

After ordering, you will be able to enter your order number into our order status page to to find it's exact status at any time.

Shortages or Damage

Any item which appears to have been damaged in transit should be signed for as damaged. If an item is signed for as having been received in good condition, any subsequent claim for damage in transit may be rejected.
Any shortage on delivery or damage during transit should be advised immediately. Claims for damage not notified the same day as delivery, depending on the exact circumstances, will be rejected.
